After Breakfast, you will visit the Shankaracharya Temple & Mughal Gardens. With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, paint-box-bright flowerbeds with the panorama of the Dal in front of them – the three Mughal Gardens of Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors’ concept of paradise and are today very popular places. After breakfast, Proceed to Gulmarg.Gulmarg’s legendary beauty, prime location and proximity to Srinagar naturally make it one of thepremier hill resorts in the country. Gulmarg – the “Meadow of Flowers” is 53 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. The place is known for its Ski Resort and the world’s highest 18-hole Golf Course. You can also enjoy a Cable Car Ride or a Gondola ride (Optional). Return back to Srinagar for overnight stay at Deluxe Houseboat.
After breakfast, Leave for full day trip to Pahalgam – “Valleyof Shepherds” (7200 ft above sea level). Enroute visiting the Awantipur Ruins of 9th Century & Mattan Temple Complex. On arrival in Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. You can also visit Aru, Betaab valley & Chandanwari (Optional). Return back to Srinagar for overnight stay at Hotel.
